It’s another week! I’m going to see how much clutter I can get rid of this week. My garage is rather full of stuff I decluttered last week–there are still some areas that need sorting though!
The monthly them for the gluten-free menu swap over at Celiac Family is Happy & Healthy New Year! We’re continuing our monthly theme this week. It’s a cold week for Florida and I’m delighted, so we’re having warm meals one of which is my husband’s veggie soup! I can’t wait!
Here’s a picture of the Apple Spice Bread I made from the menu plan last week! I’m excited to expand breakfast options. All the Princess wants is eggs which gets rather dull for me!

My husband’s veggie soup–it has V8 as a base and then whatever veggies are sitting around get put into it! YUMMY! (Apparently I forgot cabbage last week and you can’t make this without cabbage. I remembered this week and everything should be set for a yummy warm soup!!)

Pizza–my daughter’s been participating in “Book It!” and has received a free pizza coupon. This is her third one and I finally decided to call our local pizza hut to see how much it would be to upgrade to a gluten-free pizza for her. The manager said it would be free! So I’m going to get a daiya pizza, she’ll have her pizza and my hubby will use his coupon to get a pizza also. Almost like a night out!
Healthy dessert: Eating up some Egg Nog Protein bites as no one else liked them!
